Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Account Directors in sales and marketing
- Manage small client projects
- Identify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processes
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Ensure sales & financial reporting and analysis are both accurate and up-to-date
- Database management via the CRM system
- Provide assistance to interstate sales teams on an ad-hoc basis
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Market Research/Pre-Sales/Business Development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exposure to Database management via CRM system is preferable.
- Strong numeric ability
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholder
- Shift Timings – 8pm – 5am.
